We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehabilitation role at a leading healthcare facility in Brockton, MA. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential care to patients across various age groups and conditions.

As a Physical Therapist, you will work 8-hour shifts with a start time of 8 AM, and a weekend rotation may be required. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting, with a preference for those with over 2 years of overall experience. You should be familiar with the acute care hospital setting and possess excellent patient handling skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing rehabilitation services to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-surgical diagnoses.
• Collaborating with nursing, MDs, and case management to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilizing strong time management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Demonstrating flexibility and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Required certifications include a valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license and CPR certification (AHA BLS healthcare provider). The inpatient rehab department consists of both Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists, providing coverage throughout the hospital's inpatient floors.
