Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Respiratory Therapist in Ottumwa, IA. We are seeking a dedicated professional with experience in neonatal and pediatric care to provide exceptional patient assessments and implement effective treatments and therapies. Our facility is committed to delivering high-quality medical services and individualized care to our patients.

Position Information:

• Role: Respiratory Therapist (Certified or Registered)
• Shift: 6:30A - 7P
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every Other Weekend
• Required Certifications: NBRC: CRT or RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Years of Experience: 1-2 years
• Patient Population: Geriatric, Adult, Pediatrics, Neonates
• Equipment: V-60/VOCSN/Hamilton, Vapotherm, and Airvo2
• EHR: Meditech

Onboarding Requirements:

• Iowa License must be in hand at time of submission.
• MUST have Iowa SING BG to clear (Criminal portion and Child Abuse portion required) - NO EXCEPTIONS.
• All BG checks (counties and states) must be fully cleared prior to start - NO INSTANT OR STATEWIDE SEARCHES ACCEPTED.
• Mandatory reporter certification required (Child and Adult).
• Drug Test MUST be a 10 panel screening including opiates.

This position allows for Monday or Tuesday starts, and candidates must be located 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel. Our high-quality medical staff is dedicated to providing seamless care and support to our patients and their families.
