Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN specializing in Medical Surgical in Waycross, GA. The Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. A minimum of 1+ years of consecutive working experience is acceptable.

Unit Specifics:

• Number of Beds: 24
• Patient Ratios: 1:6
• Unit Staffing Description: Unit Secretary on day shift, PCTs with a 1:8 or 1:12 ratio
• Type of Equipment: Standard hospital equipment
• Documentation System: Meditech Expanse
• Scheduling Requirements: 2 weekends/month
• Floating Policy: Float to other Med Surg units or float to ED to care for Med Surg holds or to ICU/PCU for Med Surg level patients
• Patient Experience Requirements: Bedside shift report, safety rounding
