Join a leading acute-care hospital in Greeneville, TN, as a Med Surg, Telemetry Registered Nurse. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while providing essential patient care. We are looking for dedicated RNs who are passionate about nursing and committed to supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals.

As an RN in this role, you will work a Night 3x12-Hour schedule (18:30 - 07:00) for a duration of 13 weeks. Floating between units may be required, and there is no call obligation. Please note that travelers must have a permanent residence that is 100 miles or more from the hospital's service area. General orientation will begin on Sundays, with online CBLs provided. Orientation will include 16 hours of nonbillable training.

Contract RN team members are expected to participate actively in nursing student support and clinical education, helping to prepare future nurses for the profession. This responsibility is in addition to providing clinical care in every nursing specialty.

It is important to mention that the hospital may cancel or call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty if there is a decrease in census. Additional shifts picked up beyond the work commitment will be flexed as needed based on hospital resource needs.
