Join a leading acute-care hospital in Boston, MA, as an RN in the Operating Room (OR). We are seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to join our surgical services team. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient care and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Assist with various surgical procedures across multiple specialties including general, gynecological, urological, oral, otolaryngology, bariatrics, orthopedic, neurological, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, and spine.
• Ensure a positive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Float to Moakley OR as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled (1x per schedule).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient OR experience; level 1 trauma experience preferred.
• Scrub experience required.
• Competent in at least 5 of the surgical services listed above.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Required Certification: BLS.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in neuro and vascular surgical services.
• Proficiency in scrub roles for general, gynecological, and urological surgeries.

This position is ideal for travel RNs seeking a rewarding contract role in a supportive environment. Please note that talent residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be compensated at a local rate, which is $10 less than the posted bill rate. Previous permanent staff are not eligible to be submitted as travelers.
