We are seeking an experienced contract Medical Lab Technician to provide interim leadership support for laboratory operations during a period of leadership transition. This role will support day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance activities, staffing oversight, quality initiatives, competency management, and accreditation readiness while serving as a resource for frontline caregivers and laboratory leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical laboratory experience, previous supervisory or management experience, Epic Beaker proficiency, and the ability to work on the bench as operational needs require.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related laboratory science field.
ASCP certification as MLS(ASCP), MT(ASCP)
Minimum two (2) years of experience as a laboratory generalist
Minimum one (1) year of laboratory leadership experience as a supervisor, lead, coordinator, or manager.

Preferred Qualifications

Epic Beaker experience strongly preferred.
