Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) in Flagstaff, AZ. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a Level I trauma center with a diverse range of surgical cases. We are looking for skilled RNs who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Position / Specialty: OR RN

Shift: 3 x 12 DAYS/MIDS, VARIABLE 06:30 - 19:00

Ratios: 1:1

Years of experience required: 2 Years

First-timers accepted: Yes

On-Call Requirements: Up to 8 weekday shifts, up to 9 (12 hour) weekend call shifts defined as any Friday, Saturday, Sunday in a 13-week period, with a 30-minute recall.

Certifications & License:

• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license - Required
• BLS, ACLS - Required

Floating Requirements: No

Blocked Scheduling: Weekend locals accepted: Yes

RTO Restrictions: Unit manager's approval required

Special Requirements:

• Experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies) is required.
• Must have Level I trauma experience but will consider highly skilled clinicians with recent Level II trauma experience in like-size/larger facilities.
