Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med Surg and Telemetry in New Haven, CT. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced nurses as well as first-timers who meet the requirements. We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a Short Term Acute Care Level I Trauma Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
- BLS certification is required.
- Pending license accepted; must be active prior to start date.
- Weekend shifts required: Every other weekend.
- Floating within scope to meet facility needs is required.
