Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Kingsport, TN. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential care to patients in a surgical and bariatric unit. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality healthcare.

This role requires a 36/36 schedule with every other weekend commitment. As a Med Surg/Telemetry RN, you will be required to float as needed. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of nursing experience, including MS/Tele and Med Surg experience. First-time travelers are welcome, and an AHA BLS certification is required. Additionally, travelers must reside 100 miles from the facility.

General orientation will begin on Sundays, with online CBLs provided. The hospital can cancel or call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty if there is a decrease in census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment will be flexed as needed without penalty. Contract RN/LPN team members are also expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education, preparing future nurses for the profession.
