Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse in Hagerstown, MD. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and care plans.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Maryland.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required.
• Preferred 3 years of ICU experience, but candidates with 2+ years of strong experience will be considered.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Every other weekend commitment is required.
• Pending licenses are accepted.
• Local candidates within 50 miles will receive a local rate that is $5 less.

This position guarantees 36 hours per week, with a day shift schedule of 3x12 hours from 07:00 to 19:00. The start date for this contract role is 11/23/2026, with a duration of 13 weeks.
