Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in the Stepdown Neuro unit in Hickory, NC. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while making a difference in patients' lives.
Position Information:
- Facility Department/Cost Center: Step Down neuro-surgical
- Role: RN
- Specialty: Neuro/stroke/neurosurgery
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
- Call Requirements: None
- Required Certifications: NIH, BLS, ACLS
- Years of Experience: 1
- Float Requirements: Will float in rotation
Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 20
- Patient Ratios: 5/1
- Equipment: Masimo vital sign machines
- EHR: Cerner
- Patient Population: Adult
Hiring Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: NIH, BLS, ACLS
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: Outgoing personality fit
Dress Code:
- Scrub Color: Any (no cartoons)
- Unacceptable Attire: Flip flops, hats, vulgar clothing
