Join a leading healthcare provider as an MRI Tech specializing in MRI procedures in Vancouver, WA. This contract position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for performing both routine and specialized MRI procedures, ensuring quality patient care and accurate diagnostic information.
Job Summary: You will integrate medical knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to deliver top-notch MRI services. Your role will include preparing and equipping the exam room, organizing daily work schedules, and performing related clerical duties as required.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare, supply, and equip exam room to meet the needs of requested examinations and specific physician requirements for procedures.
- Organize daily work schedule and perform related clerical duties as required.
- Integrate previous imaging studies, laboratory results, patient history, and medical records to optimize exams.
- Perform the most appropriate examination based on patient information through consultation with interpreting physician and/or ordering physician as necessary.
- Provide patient education and instructions.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year required. First-time travelers are not accepted.
Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT(MR)
Required State License: WA
