Join a leading acute-care hospital as a PCU Registered Nurse in Spokane, WA! We are seeking skilled and dedicated RNs for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down department. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with cardiac drip experience to make a significant impact on patient care.

As a PCU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing and titrating cardiac drips, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. You will float between units as needed, with expected nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4-5. Weekend shifts are required every other week, but no block scheduling is necessary. On-call duties are not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the PCU/Step Down unit.
• Manage and titrate cardiac drips effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
