Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Smyrna, TN. This is a contract position offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

Unit Specifics:

• Number of Beds: 12
• Patient Ratios: 4:1
• Unit Staffing Description: 1 tech for the unit
• Type of Equipment: GE Monitors, Nova glucometers, Pyxis med dispense
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Scheduling Requirements: Every other weekend
• Floating Policy: In rotation with full-time staff and other travelers
• Patient Experience Requirements: AIDET, completion of communication board, medication teaching

Hospital Specifics:

• Certifications: Trauma III

Requested Skill Set:

• Post-cath care including TR band
• Must have: positive attitude, teamwork, problem solving
• Advanced Skills Needed: care of TR band, advanced pulmonary treatments, medication titration

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS

Dress Code: Charcoal gray scrubs
