We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in MedSurg and Telemetry for a contract position in Concord, NH. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading acute-care hospital and make a significant impact on patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in MedSurg or Telemetry nursing, with strong skills in patient assessment and care management. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients during the night shift, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the MedSurg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Submission Requirements:

• Up-to-date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in MedSurg/Telemetry and documents travel experience.
• Skills checklist matching specialty.
• Driver's license with an address that matches demographics.
• Active NH or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
• NURSYS Report for license verification with all active RN licenses.
• RTO must be included at the time of submission.
• EMR experience preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred but not required.
• Current certifications required: BLS & ACLS required, NHISS needed prior to start.
• Will need to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%.
• 1-2 years minimum MedSurg experience is necessary; candidates with Critical Care RN experience are welcome if fluent with care of MedSurg ratios & acuity.

Travelers may be requested to float to nearby facilities as needed.
