Join our team as a Medical Lab Technician in Baton Rouge, LA, where you'll play a crucial role in providing high-quality laboratory services. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze and interpret test results to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Document and report findings in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid Louisiana Medical Lab Technician license in hand.
- Previous travel experience is required; local candidates will not be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
This position features a Day 3x12-Hour shift from 10:00 PM to 00:30 AM, with the alternative shift being a Day 4x10-Hour from 10:00 AM to 20:30 PM. The contract duration is for 13 weeks, starting on 11/23/2026.
