We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist for a contract position in a leading healthcare facility in Madison, WI. This role is focused on laboratory work, specifically in microbiology, and requires a high level of expertise and experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a hospital laboratory setting and must possess a strong skillset in all microbiology areas as outlined in the skills checklist. You will be expected to read complex cultures with minimal training, making prior experience in microbiology essential.
Qualifications include:
- ASCP MT or MLS certification required
- Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology required
