Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) in Brownwood, TX. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity for skilled RNs to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

As an MS/Tele RN, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and effective nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical and telemetry units. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care coordination.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas.
• Previous experience in Med Surg and Telemetry nursing.
• Ability to work night shifts (4x12-Hour schedule).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This position may consider candidates who are at least 50 miles from the facility on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, candidates may be considered for 3x12s or 4x12s, with one on-call day per 6-week schedule and 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period.
