Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in the Med Surg unit, where you'll provide exceptional care to patients in a dynamic environment. This contract position in Dallas, TX, offers a unique opportunity to work in a 29-bed Neuroscience and Epilepsy unit, with a supportive team of 9 RNs and 3 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).

Unit Information:

Patient Ratios: 1:4-1:5
Type of Equipment: None
EMR: Meditech

Typical Hiring Profile:

Must Have: BLS, Time Management
Preferred: ACLS

Typical Procedures Performed:

Neuro patients, TIA, stroke, epilepsy, ictal spect

Best Personality Fit: Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required Certifications: BLS

Floating Areas: All acute care areas including med surg, general surgery, renal transplant, telemetry, neuro, and ortho.

Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs

Unit Guidelines/Policies: 4 weekend shifts per schedule period (4 weeks).
