Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Float Pool

Location: Nebraska Methodist / Float Pool
Schedule: Full-Time | 36 Hours/Week
Shifts: Multiple Day & Night Shift Openings Available
Pay: $33.07–$49.61/hour + 15% Float Differential

Position Overview

Methodist is seeking Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to join its Float Pool team!

Provide respiratory care across multiple departments, treating infants, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and elderly patients.

Requirements

RRT credential required – CRTs will not be considered.
Active Nebraska or Iowa Respiratory Care Practitioner license, depending on work location.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
NRP required within 6 months of hire.
Associate's degree in Respiratory Care required.

Pay & Shift Differentials

Base Pay: $33.07–$49.61/hour
15% Float Differential
Additional Details

Two weekend shifts per month required.
Rotating holidays.
No on-call requirement.
Float between departments based on staffing needs.
