Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
Location: Glenbrook Hospital – Glenview, IL
Health System: Endeavor Health
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday
Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
Pay: $37.25–$57.74/hour based on experience
Position Overview
Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse to join the team at Glenbrook Hospital!
Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients throughout the surgical process. Work alongside surgeons and the surgical team to promote patient safety and positive outcomes.
Requirements
Active Illinois RN license.
BLS certification (American Heart Association).
Minimum 1 year of OR experience required.
Graduate of an approved nursing program.
2+ years of OR experience preferred.
BSN preferred.
Cardiovascular OR experience preferred but not required.
On-Call Requirements
Rotating on-call schedule.
30-minute response time required (non-negotiable).
$8/hour while on call.
Time-and-a-half pay when called in.
No on-call rooms available.
Holidays follow the on-call schedule.
Additional Details
Monday–Friday schedule.
No regularly scheduled weekend shifts.
Weekend day shift differential: when applicable.
