• Start Date: 10/5/2026
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
• Schedule: Rotating day and evening shifts with weekends and call coverage
• Shift Pattern: 4x10 or 3x12 shifts
• Shift Duration: 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, depending on the schedule
• Experience Level: At least 1 year of recent operating room nursing experience required

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent OR nursing or perioperative nursing experience
• Ability to work rotating day/evening shifts, including weekends and call
• Comfortable adapting to variable schedules and unit needs in a surgical setting
• Strong teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
• Willingness to complete required pre-start and onboarding documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care in the operating room
• Support surgical procedures by preparing the room and maintaining a sterile environment
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia professionals, and the perioperative team
• Monitor patient status throughout the surgical experience and respond to changing needs
• Assist with circulating duties and other perioperative nursing functions as assigned
• Adapt to rotational scheduling, weekend coverage, and short-call expectations
• Deliver high-quality care while helping maintain an efficient and well-organized OR workflow
