Description

NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Technician for a 12-week travel assignment in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have recent CVOR experience, Level I Trauma experience, and proficiency in cardiac robotics, LVAD, and heart transplant procedures.

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities
Support cardiovascular operating room procedures
Assist with cardiac robotics, LVAD, and heart transplant cases
Support other surgical cases, including general, orthopedic, neurological, vascular, trauma, robotics, and heart transplant procedures
Work rotating day, evening, and night shifts
Provide call coverage, including weekdays and weekends, with a 30-minute response time

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience within the last 3 years; 3 years preferred
At least 1 year of Level I Trauma experience within the last 3 years
Minimum 1 year of recent travel experience
Current NCCT or NBSTSA certification required; other certifications are not accepted
Experience with cardiac robotics, LVAD, and heart transplant procedures
Ability to cover general, orthopedic, neurological, vascular, trauma, robotics, and transplant cases
Availability for rotating shifts, call, and weekends

NurseAmerica Healthcare Job ID #15. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
