• On-Call Required

• Weekend Differential: +$3/hr

• Night Differential: +18% when applicable

Position Overview

A Magnet-designated hospital and Level IV Trauma Center is seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist to join its advanced surgical services team.

The hospital offers high-volume cardiovascular, robotic, and bariatric surgical programs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with engaged leadership and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist during cardiovascular surgical procedures

• Prepare specialized surgical instruments and equipment

• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety standards

• Anticipate surgeon and surgical team needs

• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams

• Support efficient OR setup, turnover, and workflow

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• CVOR Surgical Technologist experience required

• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures

• Proficiency with sterile technique and surgical instrumentation

• Ability to work in a high-acuity surgical environment

• Willingness to participate in required on-call coverage
