Compensation: $33.69-$56.15/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (2-year commitment)
Bonus Payout: $10K at hire + $10K upon completion

Schedule

• Day Shift | Monday-Friday

• Hours: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM

• 5x8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours/Week

• Weekend, Holiday & On-Call Coverage Required

• Weekend Differential: +$3/hr

• Night Differential: +18% when applicable

Position Overview

A leading nonprofit, Level I Trauma Center is seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist to join its advanced surgical team.

The hospital features 15 operating rooms and state-of-the-art surgical suites, offering exposure to cardiovascular, vascular, trauma, robotic, and other complex procedures.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist during cardiovascular surgical procedures

• Prepare surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment

• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety standards

• Anticipate surgeon and surgical team needs

• Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams

• Support efficient OR workflow and quality outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CVOR Surgical Tech experience required

• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures

• Proficiency in sterile technique and surgical instrumentation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment

• Availability for on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage
