Compensation: $90,000-$96,000 annually
Additional Earnings: Performance-based incentives

Position Overview

An established, family-owned outpatient rehabilitation practice is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing orthopedic team.

With a 98% orthopedic caseload, this position offers exposure to sports medicine, post-surgical rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal conditions in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise

• Monitor progress and document using WebPT

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff

• Maintain a productivity goal of 2 patients/hour, with dedicated one-on-one evaluations

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active Florida PT license or eligibility

• DPT preferred

• Orthopedic experience or strong clinical interest

• Excellent communication and patient care skills

• New graduates welcome!
