Description
Seeking LPN – LTC for a 13-week contract at Rolling Hills Healthcare in Belle Fourche, SD.
Shift: Variable Days | 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 48/week (36-hour option available)
Patient Ratio: 1:30 Days | 1:54 Nights
Units: LTC (58 beds) | TCU (14 beds)
Floating: Between LTC and TCU based on skillset. TCU experience preferred but not required.
Overtime: Possible, not guaranteed. Hours over 48/week increase bill rate by $10.
Weekends: Every other weekend; flexibility required.
Scrubs: Prime Time Healthcare provided
Additional: No duos; arrange housing early.
