3x12 hrs, Nights

Minimum 2+ years recent Med Surg RN experience / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA) Required (NIHSS required; TNCC preferred if ER experience) / LICENSE – Active RN License Required / Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7p–7a), 36 hrs/week, 13 weeks (every 3rd weekend + holiday rotation) / Setting: Acute Care – Med Surg (Critical Access Hospital) / EMR: MEDITECH / Patient Ratio: 1:5 (20-bed unit) / Skills: Strong assessments, medication administration, infusion pumps, titration of drips (Insulin, Heparin, Levophed, Amiodarone), telemetry interpretation (read & document strips), teamwork & adaptability / Patient Types: Falls, CHF, bowel obstruction, A-fib, swingbed & general med surg cases / Float: Assist in ER as needed (flexibility required) / Equipment: Hamilton C1 ventilator (CPAP/BiPAP, high-flow; nurses manage respiratory care) / Support: CNAs & PCTs for VS, ADLs, I&O; charge nurse 24/7 (no patient assignment) / Scheduling: Manager-led (block scheduling possible; 6-week schedules) / Orientation: 3–6 shifts based on staffing / Additional: First-time travelers accepted, ER experience preferred, no on-call, any scrub color / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
