Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years RN experience (1 year accepted if strong traveler)
Level II NICU experience (must have)
Delivery attendance (high & low risk)
Neonatal stabilization & transition
Clinical Skills:
Ventilator management (basic/troubleshooting)
Bubble CPAP, High Flow
TPN, Lipids, feeders & growers
Certifications:
BLS
NRP
STABLE
License:
WA RN license (can submit without, willing to wait)
Shift Details
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Hours: 36 hrs/week (3x12s)
Weekend: Every other weekend (Fri & Sat nights)
Call: None
Floating: May float to Mother Baby unit
Scheduling: Flexible based on unit needs
