Description

Minimum 2+ years recent ICU RN experience required / CERTIFICATIONS – ACLS, BLS (AHA), and NIHSS required / LICENSE – Active RN License required / Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hrs/week, 21 weeks (6:00 PM–6:00 AM, Every Other Weekend) / Setting: Acute Care – ICU/CCU Float Pool / EMR: EPIC / Skills: Critical care nursing, ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, titratable drips, emergency response, patient assessment, and multidisciplinary collaboration required / Floating: Required throughout UT Zone 2 (within a 60-mile radius); may float mid-shift with paid travel time to ICU, PCU/Stepdown, MS-Tele, or work in a CNA/Sitter capacity during low census to ensure guaranteed hours / Orientation: Must be in Utah during orientation week, even if initial modules are completed remotely / Additional: Interview with the MedSol Clinical Team only (no unit manager interview). Valid driver's license required for the 60-mile float zone.
