- Floating: No — Cardiac Rehab only

- Block Scheduling: Not available
- Orientation: 12 hours, plus unit/department-specific orientation
- Scrubs: Royal blue or light gray pants; royal blue or white tops
- Driver's License: Required at submission
- Interview: If clinically recommended, the manager will conduct a phone interview.
Patient Volume & Ratios
- Standard Cardiac Rehab: 30–35 patients/day
- Intensive Cardiac Rehab: 35–40 patients/day
- Exercise Sessions: Maximum 4 patients per exercise hour
- Intensive Rehab Education: 8–10 patients per education hour
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 4:1 during exercise sessions
Minimum Requirements
- 2 years of RN experience
- Active Washington or Compact RN license
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS
- Knowledge of cardiac rhythms
- Ability to perform targeted cardiac assessments
