Description

Seeking RN – Outpatient Hospice for a 13-week contract covering dual coastal sites in Oregon.

Start Date: 10/29/2026 | Shift: Days | 8:00a–4:30p
Experience: 1+ year | EMR: EPIC
Schedule: Occasional weekends
Responsibilities: Provide hospice nursing care, assess patient needs, coordinate care plans, manage symptoms, and support patients and families.
License: Must be currently active
Holiday Coverage: Required

PAY NEGOTIABLE

Medlivo Job ID #26-43741. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
