Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Position: Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Rehab
- Shifts: Flexible; 4x10 (6:45am-5:00pm) or 5x8 hour shifts; No weekends required
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience
- First-time Travelers: Accepted
- Certification Required: BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Scheduling: Block schedule and time-off requests can be discussed with manager
- Local Candidates: Accepted (no radius restriction)
- Guaranteed Hours: Client may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without pay; excess cancellations are billable
- On-call Policy: On-call counts as a called-off shift
- Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
- Total Staffed Beds: 25
