RN – Interventional Radiology Lab

Facility: Emory University Hospital Midtown
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | 4 × 10-Hour Shifts

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Interventional Radiology Lab. The RN will provide care to patients undergoing vascular, oncologic, and diagnostic radiologic procedures, including biopsies, port placements, Y-90 treatments, G-tube placements, and central line procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology nursing experience
Travel nursing experience preferred
On-call availability required: 2–4 days per month, including weekends
Familiarity with sedation medications, including Versed, Fentanyl, and Dilaudid, and antibiotics

Key Responsibilities:

Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient care
Assist with interventional radiology and vascular procedures
Monitor patients receiving sedation and manage recovery

Med Ninjas Job ID #19493. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
