Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for acutely ill patients who are moderately stable but at increased risk for instability.
- Utilize advanced knowledge and clinical experience for patient monitoring, assessments, and interventions in a specialized care setting.
- Perform advanced monitoring and support for patients requiring a higher level of care than a general medical-surgical unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to PCU patients.
- Adhere to all regulatory and hospital standards for patient safety and quality of care.
- Maintain current Oregon RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Preferably possess experience in PCU settings and basic EKG interpretation.
- Comply with College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements, including verification of high school diploma or equivalent for moderate complexity testing.

Med Ninjas Job ID #19725. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
