Description

Job Summary (Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer)

- Job Title: Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer
- Location: Sacred Heart Medical Center & Holy Family Hospital
- Start Date: ASAP (no start date pushes allowed)
- Shift: 5x8 hour day shifts (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)
- Employment Type: Temp to Perm option (please indicate preference for permanent or traveler status)
- Certifications Required: BLS, ARDMS OB/GYN, Nuchal Translucency (NT)
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years OB-GYN and outpatient ultrasound experience
- Experience with detailed high-risk maternal and fetal ultrasound imaging
- Fetal echocardiography required
- Duties Include:
- Perform 7-9 detailed ultrasounds daily across 6 rooms (Sacred Heart) and 2 rooms (Holy Family)
- Report findings to 3 Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians
- Assist with procedures: amniocentesis, amnio reduction, CVS, PUBS
- Float between departments as needed within scope
- Use Epic EMR system (Epic experience required)
- Other Requirements:
- No call required
- Scrubs: Any color, no print
- Must be available for 3 interview times (include time zone in submission)
- Must be a true traveler or interested in perm (clarify on submission)
- Pending licenses not accepted
- RTO (time off) restrictions: Confirm with manager, must be present on submission
- No “No Call No Show” tolerated; will disqualify from future system positions
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- National Candidates: Accepted
