Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Circulating experience required
- Scrub experience highly preferred, but not required
- Must be proficient in the following surgical cases:
- General
- OB
- Ortho
- ENT
- Trauma
- Plastics
- Ophthalmology
- Previous travel experience highly preferred
- Certifications required (must be active and uploaded with profile):
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- Must possess a valid New Hampshire RN license or compact license
- Traveler must have own vehicle for assignment
- Permanent address must be included in submission
- All requests for time off (RTO) and scheduling accommodations must be included at the time of profile submission (no changes post-offer)
- Profile submission must include:
- Work history
- Operating Room skills checklist
- 1 supervisory signed reference from the past year
- License verification
- All certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS)
- Permanent address
- RTO requests should be 3 days or less
- All licenses and certifications must be current at time of submission
- Facility will not accept pending certifications
- Compact license allowed for New Hampshire
