Description

Job Summary – RN Pre-Op (Registered Nurse – Preoperative)

Requires at least 18 months of relevant RN nursing experience, preferably in preoperative or perioperative care.
13-week contract assignment.
Shift (5×8s).
Day shift schedule, typically 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Responsible for providing preoperative nursing care and completing daily assigned duties.
Perform patient assessments, review medical histories, and verify preoperative readiness.
Monitor patients and ensure appropriate preparation for surgical procedures.
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and strong clinical judgment.
Efficiently manage time and prioritize patient care throughout the scheduled shift.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow facility protocols.
Adhere to company policies, nursing standards, and patient safety procedures.

Med Ninjas Job ID #22054. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
