Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Must be a graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years current or recent Open-Heart surgical experience required
- Strong critical thinking skills essential
- Must have knowledge of central processing and instrumentation
- Will float/assist in General Surgery when CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) volumes are low
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week
- Schedule options: four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts (6am–2:30pm), based on preference
- Required to take 2-3 days of call per week (subject to staffing levels)
- Weekend call covers Friday shift end through Monday 7am
- Possible holiday call rotation depending on assignment dates

Med Ninjas Job ID #22579. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
