Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients within the hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician referrals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
