Job Details:
Job Title: Physical Therapy
Location: Salem, MA
Setting: Outpatient
Pay Range: 2158.79 - 2266.73
Schedule: 09:00 - 17:30 (D/N, Rotating)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Must have at least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings. Completion of 3 Healthstream Modules prior to start.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans using Raintree Notes EMR system.
- Adhere to schedule of 4x10-hour shifts and work two evenings per week until 7:30pm.
- Comply with pre-assignment requirements including Healthstream Modules.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity goals of 55-63 patients per week.
