Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00 (Nights; 3x12s; 6-weekend shifts per 6 weeks)
Contract Length: 13-weeks

Requirements: Vent experience; RTO included in submission; active VA or Compact License in hand at submission; BLS and ACLS; cardiac TELE background within the past year; PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown work setting experience; management of dysrhythmias; telemetry monitoring; use of Rapid Response Teams; pre/post cardiac cath; central, peripheral, and PICC line care and management; management and titration of cardiac drips; heparin protocols; traumatic brain injury care; ventilated patient care; external CPAP/BIPAP; high-flow nasal cannula; tracheostomy management; isolation precautions; EPIC; 2 years of experience; willingness to take a charge RN role; comprehensive respiratory proficiency, including high flow, tracheostomy, BiPAP, and ventilator experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients requiring intermediate and pulmonary care.
• Manage patients receiving advanced airway support, including ventilators, tracheostomies, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen.
• Monitor cardiac and telemetry patients and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Provide care related to cardiac drips, central lines, peripheral lines, PICC lines, and cardiac procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team while maintaining isolation precautions and supporting rapid response needs.
