Job Details:
Job Title: CVOR Tech Surgical Services
Location: Silver Spring, MD
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2223.24 - 2334.40
Schedule: 05:30 - 16:00 (Days; on call required 2-3 calls per week and at least 1 weekend per month, 24 hours Saturday and Sunday; Monday through Friday with a varying day off)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Adults, adolescents, and geriatrics general and neuro surgery experience; 1 year of experience; weekend availability; NBSTSA or TS-C certification; BLS; scrub experience; first-time travelers not accepted
Responsibilities:
- Support surgical procedures as a CVOR Technician in an acute care hospital setting.
- Provide scrub support for general and neuro surgery cases involving adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
- Prepare and maintain the operating room for assigned surgical cases.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to support safe and efficient procedural care.
- Participate in required on-call coverage and weekend assignments.
