Job Details:
Job Title: RN - Home Health
Location: Amarillo, TX
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $2,300 - $2,500
Schedule: 08:00 - 17:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 2 years of experience as a RN; Valid RN license; Be willing to obtain Texas or compact licensure; Experience with OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR systems
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a home health setting.
Manage and coordinate patient treatment plans.
Document patient care activities accurately using EMR systems.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
Adhere to all licensing and compliance requirements.
