Preferred: School-based behavior intervention or ABA experience preferred.

Requirements: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB and New Hampshire Department of Education (or eligible) requirements met.
Responsibilities
-
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for students with autism and behavioral needs.

Collect accurate, objective data on student progress and target behaviors throughout the school day.

Provide 1:1 or small-group direct behavior support, reinforcement systems, and crisis de-escalation strategies as outlined in student plans.

Collaborate with special education teachers, BCBAs, related service providers, and campus staff to ensure consistency across learning environments.

Maintain compliant session notes, data logs, and documentation in accordance with district guidelines and ethical standards.
