Job Details:

Job Title: Medical-Surgical | RN - Registered Nurse
Location: Smyrna, TN
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1646.51 - 1728.84
Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00; at least one weekend within a 4-week period
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 1 year of M/S experience; active RN license; BLS; ability to jump in and learn quickly
Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to medical-surgical, orthopedic, spine, trauma, and other patients on the unit.
Perform thorough patient assessments and prioritize care based on patient needs.
Apply critical thinking and effective time management in a busy hospital environment.
Collaborate with RN/LPN teams, PCTs, and other healthcare team members.
Document patient care using Meditech.
