Job Opportunity – Respiratory Therapist (NICU/PICU/Pediatrics) – Indiana

Start Date: November 30, 2026

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 shifts, every other weekend required. Must work 2 out of 3 paired holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's). Floating between units required.

Requirements:

• Indiana State License required (temporary license accepted if permanent license application submitted)
• Active NBRC RRT certification required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• NRP certification required (or ability to obtain upon offer for L&D placement)
• PALS certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience required
• Children's hospital experience within the last 3 years strongly preferred
• Labor & Delivery experience required (primary placement area)
• Education must be accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA
• Must be comfortable with floating requirements to PICU, NICU, Pediatrics acute care, and affiliate hospitals
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
