Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: December 22, 2026

Location: North Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 6-7 days per month plus 1 weekend; choice of 3x12-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts. On-call requirement of 4-5 call days per month.

Highlights:

• Work in a 7-bed surgical specialty hospital focused on orthopedic and plastic surgery procedures
• Patient ratio of 4-5 cases per surgical team
• Perform circulator duties for total joint replacements, hip and ankle surgeries, breast reconstruction, and robotic-assisted procedures
• Join a tenured surgical services team where all staff members have 3+ years of experience at the facility
• Opportunity to work across multiple campuses and share expertise with collaborative surgical teams
• Flexible scheduling options available with weekend rotation

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience as a Circulator
• Proficiency in patient positioning, surgical prep, and intraoperative monitoring
• Experience with orthopedic and plastic surgery procedures preferred
• Ability to take trauma call and work collaboratively across multiple locations
• Strong organizational skills and positive, team-oriented attitude
