Description
Start Date: December 7, 2026
Location: Pennsylvania
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM; every other weekend and holiday required; no on-call
Highlights:
- 40-bed Level IV NICU – the region's only Level IV facility providing the highest level of neonatal intensive care
- Work with critically ill and extremely premature infants requiring on-site neonatal surgery and 24/7 neonatology coverage
- Cross-training opportunity in both neonatal and pediatric units based on facility needs
- Epic charting system preferred; scrubs provided
- Part of a large academic health system affiliated with one of the nation's largest teaching networks

Requirements:
- Pennsylvania Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
- BLS and NRP certifications required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Level III or higher NICU, or 1+ year PICU experience
- Proficiency in Bubble CPAP, CPAP/Nasal CPAP/BiPAP, extubation, and intubation assist
- PA fingerprints and childline clearance required prior to start
