Job Opportunity – Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Indiana

Start Date: November 30, 2026

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 4x12 hour shifts; Every other weekend required (Saturday and Sunday); Candidates must work 2 out of 3 paired holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)

Requirements:

• Active Indiana Respiratory Therapist license (required prior to start date)
• National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS (BCLS), RRT; PALS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience with at least 18 months recent ICU experience
• Education from a CoARC-accredited program and regionally accredited institution through CHEA
• Two supervisor references required
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Willingness to float between multiple facilities in the metropolitan area
